Research and design

We provide one-stop service from 3D drawing design of pulp mold, handplate building, mold development, proofing trial production, batch mold production; We can tailor packaging designs to different uses, product characteristics and customer budgets.

We are constantly developing new paper packaging applications, such as paper insoles, paper hangers and other pulp products for garden homes, not just pulp packaging. We also assist customers to cross-industry supporting related new technology or new development and printing.

Mould manufacturing

The quality and appearance of pulp molding products have a great relationship with the mold. Our mold workshop is equipped with experienced mold designers; Advanced mold manufacturing equipment and experienced technical personnel.

A set of molds need to go through CNC, punching, mesh wrapping, polishing, assembly and many other technological processes, especially punching, are basically completed by hand, the whole plane and side of each set of molds are full of dense holes, the role of holes is used for drainage and exhaust.

It takes 2-3 days for quick plate drawing, 6-8 days for pulp sample, and 10-12 days for mold production. (The specific delivery date will be subject to the specific project)

The production process

Step 1: We use renewable bagasse, bamboo fiber and recycled paper as raw materials. Mix the material with water to make slurry; The second step: use the mold to make the slurry into the desired shape by vacuum adsorption; The third step: the embryo body formed in the previous step is quickly hot pressed under high temperature and high pressure. The fourth step: the product will be shaped with the cutting mold to cut off excess edge material; Step 5: Complete product inspection, packing and warehousing. The production process does not add harmful substances, no waste water, waste gas generation.

Our moulded pulp products decompose in the soil in a short time (approximately 3 months). They are a good alternative to plastic products.
